Framework Engineering provides services for valve manufactures/traders in the field of design & development, application engineering, sourcing and QMS documentation etc., based on customer specific requirements and complying to International standards such as API, ASME, ISO, BS, DIN,JIS, EN etc.

We are optimizing the valves designs with the support of engineering calculations for all the critical components. On request, we perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assure that the design is adequate to the working conditions such as pressure and temperature. Further Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is also done on the valve assembly to obtain the critical parameters such as flow velocity, pressure at outlet, flow path and flow rate. The simulation values can further be validated with physical testing of the valve at the lab or at client facility.

Valves such as Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly, Plug, Piston, DPCV etc. have been designed for our existing customers, with 1200+ designs available at this moment.
